  • SOLAR POWER INSTALLATION

    YAWANAWA, ALDEIA YAWARANY, BRAZIL

    $0 of $20,000

The objective of the project is to install a solar power system to power the whole of the Yawarany village, including the community Shuhu, posada and the villages houses.

The village is currently powered by a loud, expensive and pollutive generator which is very un-comfortable for the inhabitants of the village and wildlife.

The solar power will consist of 6 large solar panels, batteries and inverter and will also make internet in the village possible.

The project manager of this project for the community is Ronna Yawanawa, son of Roque Yawanawa, leader of Yawarany village.
